MY NEW NOVEL IS COMING!

I’ve been calling it the “vampire book” to my friends, but it’s something completely different. My own special take on the theme. As usual, originality is a commandment of mine. And now the book has a home.

TEACH THEM HOW TO BLEED (the title is from a Motorhead song) has been acquired by Pete Kahle over at BLOODSHOT BOOKS.

I’ll be posting details here as they develop. Right now, it’s estimated to come out sometime between Fall of this year and Fall 2021, so it could be a wait. But as things progress (like when the cover is done, when you can preorder it, etc.), all the news will be here.

I think you’ll like it, but fair warning, it’s one of my darkest books so far.

First Story Acceptance of 2019

I haven’t written many short stories lately, but my story “The Sweetness and the Psychic” is my first story sale of 2019, getting accepted for the upcoming WICKED WEIRD anthology from the New England Horror Writers. I think the book is coming out this summer, but more news when it’s available. The lead character of this story, Eb Rinder, is also in the new novel I’m working on.

It’s not horror, but it does have porn stars, torturers, a serial killer, peeping toms, murder, and a whole lot more. Kind of a neo-noir novel with lots of sex and violence.

HARD Back In Print!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted some writing news.

My novel HARD, published in 2013 by Novello Blue (an imprint of Novello Publishers), went out of print earlier this year. Well, it’s back in print now – with a a brand new, beautiful cover – from Crossroads Press! Available now for Kindle, with the paperback coming soon. And here’s the new cover:
